About HEY MARILYN
HEY MARILYN was orIginally commissioned, produced and broadcast by the National Radio Network of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. This two-hour production featuring Beverly D'Angelo won several National and Internationasl Awards.
Adapted for stage HEY MARILYN was produced at the Edmonton Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, Alberta directed by award-winning Peter Coe (original run of "Oliver" in London, England) and starring Lenore Zann. Its highly successful, sold-out run was extended for an extra three weeks. It was also produced on stage in Toronto at the St. Lawrence Centre For The Performing Arts. Standing Ovations were the 'rule' for all of the packed-houses performances.
